The Youth Director is a pastor to all students 6th-12th grade. They search for, initiate, and build strong relationships with students and parents. They love God with all they have,  creating a disciple-making culture among students and volunteers, teaching them about Christianity, encouraging them to worship, supporting them to develop their love for Christ and for others, and engage in the community.
